Hello I am 38 year old male . 20 years ago I had a secret crush on a girl in high school. One of my only regrets in my life is that i never even talked to this girl never mind acttually getting to know her. Well all these years later I find her e-mail online and wondering if I should drop her a line...... and as I proof read this I am thinking its just a dumb idea, think I answered my own question do I get 5 points? lol

Say hello, how's it going, but keep it short and not focused on 20yrs ago or your crush on her. Just drop her a line say hello and see what's going on in her life. Remember too, you've both changed in 20yrs, so don't expect the same person you had a crush on 20yrs ago. Keep the email short, light-hearted and see what's up. If it goes well, ask her for a drink, if not no biggie, move-on.

I would say not. I'm 40, and if I heard from someone that said they went to high school with me, but I hadn't been friends with them, I'd probably just delete the email, and possibly block the address as well. If you had been friends in high school, it would probably be different.

uhm lol that would take alot of guts man, but i think you should. it cant hurt. even if she is married at least you will be the bravest soul i have ever met, well i didnt really meet you but ya know what i mean. LIFE IS SHORT. maybe she isnt married and maybe she is looking for her soul mate. odds are against everything .... go for it ...

Absolutely! What's the harm in seeing what's going on in her life. The worst that can happen is that she either doesn't return your email or she states that she doesn't want to be bothered. In that case, it's her loss & not yours!
