No, put in the assignment that it's wrong to try to promote marriage to 16 year olds. They need to know themselves first, go to university, get a good career going, contribute to society, and then maybe think about marriage. Why would you be ready for something that has a 60% failure rate, when you aren't even finished school? That's a crazy assignment. So glad they didn't try to push that sort of stuff onto me at the girls school I went to.

Not by a long shot. What about graduating High School and college? You two can stay together and help each other with these goals, but you are way way too young to be married. Not only that, but legally you are not old enough. And you are too young for a full time job, how will you afford a wedding, pya bills, pay rent, etc? Stay at home, finish school, live a little and then start talking about marriage again in your 20's. I have known a few people who got married well after High School and college and they had been together since High School. Just because you wait doesn't mean it won't happen.

Why would you even THINK you might be ready for marriage at the age of 16? NOBODY really knows themselves until they are at LEAST 24 or 25. There are exceptions, but they are extremely rare.
Enjoy your teens while you CAN, they pass VERY quickly.
Use that concept as an outline.
Or, how about use this approach, reverse the question for the purposes of digging up answers--- ie. what kind of benefits can you have at the age of 16 by NOT getting married (--instead of trying to convince a mere child that she is ready to be an adult and do adult things, like getting married, for instance)

oh well.u can say this "a married couple or a couple that is about to get marry should have the eyes of a fish.this is so as the eyes of a fish is located at the sides." "the husband and wife should be like the eyes of the fish, whereby if both don't communicate well or quarrel, the direction in which the fish is swimming will be lost and drifted.but if a good married couple cherish and always help and encourage each other.the fish will swim in the right direction and the path to their future."

Well you know that you are not. Think about where would you live how would you get enough money for bills. How your you pay for a car, gas, insurance. If you had children how would you care for them? Get into detail on you are not ready to take on the responsibilities. Just to name some things. Good Luck.

Since you've said that you are not ready to be married put that in your essay. Then list the reason why you don't want to be married now.
What kind of teacher would promote marriage to 16yr olds?

You could write that its a trick question.. Nobody should get married. Its an obsolete out-dated social custom that serves no real use in today's society except to make divorce lawyers rich.

then, no, you're not ready. i'd say you're not anyway. you're 16 for crying out loud. forever is longer from 16 than, say, 25.
