Why if you dont want a man, would you be attracted to women who look, almost exaclty like men. And act like men also.

well, that's predominantly a stereotype. I might not be the most feminine woman in the world, but I don't look like a man...nor does my partner. nor any lesbian we know. I see just as many masculine looking straight woman! everyone has there own personal tastes... it has nothing to do with not liking men, or "wanting to be/act like" a man. you love us guys? but how many of us have you met and do you know?

Butch women are SEXY. And they are still women.
Girly girls are sexy too.
Underneath it all (and I mean that literally), it's all the same!
My GF is butch... and I've come to prefer butchier women, after having been with men for many years AND girly girls. For me it's better than either of those options... a uniqueness I can't even describe.
Even if someone appears to "act like a man", I'll bet ya that behind closed doors, it's different. Even the butchiest are still different from men, in ways that really have to be experienced to understand.

Not all lesbians go for the butch look. Not all lesbians go for the femme look. We go for p*ssy though. Personally, I just like a woman with nice, long legs. But that's just me. Self-expression using your body has always been a popular way, in most cultures. Tattoos, piercings, haircut, clothing, all have to do with expressing yourself.
I take no offense by you personally, but the question is slightly offensive. Try wording it better next time!!

My partner has many male traits, but she is clearly female. I wouldn't date a Barbie type girl, although I do think they are beautiful. We all have different taste. I am attracted to what you might call a "manly" lesbian, but if she had a mustache or something that would be a big turn off! lol

It's not about the "look" it's about a state of mind. Just because a woman looks like a man, it doesn't make her a man. It doesn't change the mind inside her head or the heart that beats beneath her chest.

Nope. I love very feminine women or those who gender bend both genders at the same time so you can't tell if they are men or women. My favorite look is someone who looks fey. My g/f is a ballerina, always hot and feminine.

if i must say so, i'm a butch myself.
my girl dumped her guy to be with me.
& my girl sees and looks at me as a girl.
as do i.
butches & femmes, these are all mere labels.
an attempt for people to categorize things that they find hard to understand.
it all boils down to the different tastes people have.
regardless of being a butch or femme, the lesbian is still 100% woman.
and that's hot.

My partner and I were both attractively feminine. In our small circle, we knew of few other lesbians.
As others have said, it is the heart and mind inside the body that makes us.

I do love my butch! I'm femme but I am not into femme girls. That is just MY personal taste. All women are beautiful.
