The system is screwed up we just happen to get away w/ more especially when the wife has the kids. Some women have ways to make you look bad and the system always takes our side for some reason w/o cause. Im not divorced or anything but from the ones I do know that went through it that how it is.

I dunno but my husband is getting screwed. He's paying almost $1,000 in child support for 3 kids (one thats not even his) and the judge is still making him pay child support b/c the law is that any children born during marriage is considered yours. We got a DNA test to prove that the child isn't even his. His ex wife could of went out and had 10 children my husband would however be responsible for all 10 children. Theres a man out there running FREE from having to pay child support and doesn't even know he has a child that exists. We can't afford a lawyer so maybe we can take out a loan i dunno though. Its shitty when the woman does wrong and the man gets blamed for it. In our case my husband was right and his ex wife was wrong b/c shes the one that went out and cheated several times getting pregnant having miscarriages and even got pregnant and had a miscarriage by a child molester and even had her children around this man. What a mother huh? But yet they pick the woman over a man.

You know as a female i to would like to have the answer to that one. Judge's act like men do not know how to be a father to the children. You have been a good father and can take care of the children so i do not get it. Then to add insult to injury they give the woman al this money for the children and all of us know what the most of the women do with it they spend it on everything for themselves and then want more. GET A JOB!!! Take care of the kids by yourself and ask the ex. for certain things sometimes. Judge's award way to much to the mother's and then Ex. wives are not happy unless they drain you dry. When i get divorced from my ex. i did not ask for child support and i gave him half of the stuff in the house and we share our son. He files his taxes every year and gives me half of what he gets. I do not ask for anything else. Why should i break him and as it is he can buy things for our son when he feels like it. There are ways for ex. wives to be nice if they want too....

There is hope. I finally won the war after 6 1/2 years. I stood there and watched my ex do things that would have resulted in jailtime for me if I did them. I took my time, documented everything, gave chance after chance, I took the high ground while she did every underhanded thing she could.
I have 100% legal/physical custody of my kids now and she is supervised when she sees them. I took it in the *** financially but my priorities were where they needed to be and now I can protect my kids from her.
I still have yet to get one penny in support from her but she was able to file false liens against me WHEN I HAD THE KIDS by saying I wasn't paying her child support.
Don't lose too much faith, eventually things get better.

it is unfair at times, remember lots of women are left with raising the children and chances are her incomes might be less than the man or none at all since she is a stay-at-home mom (which is also a full time job), the courts tend to favor the woman

Men get screwed and the courts make it hard for the man to move on. You know I think if the women would be nice and not fight she would get more out of the man.
