Website not needed. Count upwards when giving back change.
Say something cost $1.87 and you receive a $20 bill. Imagine you already have $1.87 and start grabbing change and count it until it adds up to $20. So 3 pennies=$1.90, pluck up a dime = $2.00, grab 3 ones=$5, pickup a 5 dollar bill = $10, and a ten = $20. So arithmetic is not even needed, you're just counting upwards using money. This is how an owner of a store trained me to work as a cashier.

Why do you need a website? Sit down at the table with them with a bunch of change and make up scenarios. Nothing beats hands on learning.

Why don't you make a game of it? If the kid gets the snwer right, they can keep the coin.
