I wonder why they put female and male roles in their relationships. If they like men, then why would they want a feminine acting and looking man.

I think personally, that the intolerance is bred from the fact that people are afraid or to traditional to accept change. Just to think that a century ago it was cosidered sexy to show a little bit of ankle on the ladies and now look how far that taboo has changed through the course of time, not without it's objections i'm sure. Other examples can be seen through music, womens place in society, manners, etc.....
It comes down to not being traditional and will take a quite some time to be accepted by the majority if at all.
It certainly does not help fight the cause of equality by parading around like a bunch of idiots dressed in ridiculous costumes declaring to be treated with respect...(I for one don't give a rats as.s wether your gay or straight but if you are jumping around like a goddamn fool, it certainly is going to effect the way i'm going to take the message your trying to get across).
All of which i'm talking about, is the gay pride parades that are held all over,
for one...where is the straight pride parades, would this be deemed as homophobic.
anyways...that is just my opinion, i'm niether for or against homosexuality

You can't ask a person that is religious a question starting out with "Besides religion" and expect to get a nonreligious answer. A religious person believes in religious ways, and you can't change that no matter how you ask the question.

Nothing, other than the fact that it's a choice, and I think that it's morally reprehensible.
I know I'll get thumbs-down for this, I don't care. I used to be bisexual, and I made a CHOICE to be straight.
