Do you by any chance want to vomit because you are dizzy? You could be anemic. You don't want to eat and you are tired because you lack oxygen in your blood which you are now losing. You need to take some iron pills which may make you a bit constipated. If they do, take a stool softener ( not a laxative )! If that's not for you then eat more red meat, peanut butter, green leafies, and raisins! An iron suppliment is the fastest way to get results though. I hope you feel better!

Well, how old you are might make a difference. I hate to tell you this but the older you get the worse your periods become. I have been saying for 10 yrs. now that for two weeks out of the month my body goes through a metamorphosis and every part of it changes for the worst in some way. It takes 2 weeks from beginning to end. What a wonderful life to be a male huh? At least in that respect. Of course we are all different and will take back after our mothers usually. I'd ask her how she was at your age and see. Hope you feel better in a week.

hormones change and fluctuate now and again I also have these symptoms from time to time with my period Usually midol works really well with me it has cafffeine in it to boost you up a bit and a diuretic to shed some of the water gain and bloating which makes my stomache feel better also Plus I never want to eat during my period but before hand I eat constantly lol if the nausea is too bad try an over the counter motion sickness tablet such as dramamine or bonine Good Luck

Those symptoms are classic early pregnancy signs. Use a home pregnancy test with your first morning pee to find out if that's what's going on. Regardless of the result you should see a doctor.

most women do get tired when they have their period. if i feel like i want to vomit or i lose my appetite, it's usually because of cramps. if it's not cramps that are making you lose your appetite and making you want to vomit, then you might have a virus or something. you could be pregnant, but it depends. obviously lol. feel better.

Hormonal changes will do that to you. I never had PMS until I turned 26.
