No, shaving more will not produce a thicker mustache.
You are still very young and so can still see a heavy beard and mustache growth on your face as you grow up.
Your Mexican ancestry? I have seen Mexican fellows with thick, heavy mustaches. The tendency for Mexicans to have black hair also adds to the appearance of a thick mustache. Possible Indian blood in there? That can have some effect in decreasing overall beard growth and such in males.
My guess is that you just have to get a little bit older and you will see more mustache and beard growth.
Hope this helps.

Shaving it will NOT promote more rapid growth than is already taking place. It will give the illusion that it is getting thicker with each shave because every hair, including the NEW one or two that is just starting today, each day, or each week, will be just the same length due to shaving.........you shave and everything is the same length, 0. Hair grows to a quarter inch and any new ones are just at a little past 0 length........you shave again and the new ones are now the same length as all the once longer hairs you just shaved and, now they all grow out together. Every time you repeat the shaving action, you start at 0 length, the length that all the new hairs are.

I had a conversation about just that topic today and we agreed that the more you shave, the more the hairs grow back, faster and thicker. At 15 your 'stache will probably be a little thin for the next few years, but it ought to be pretty well established in the next 3 or 4 years. I dig my moustasche.

I bleach mine. it is not great thick, yet can get darkish so bleach is surprising. i've got seen some females with extreme 'staches bleach it and it sounds as though in simple terms as bushy yet blonde. If it is actual heavy, i think of waxing or laser hair removal. NO NO, to shaving. It grows lower back swifter than waxing. She'd ought to handle 5 oclock stubble. blech
