Sodium Chloride (NaCl) is not an element, therefore it is not on the periodic table.
Sodium Chloride is made up of a Sodium +1 ion (Na+1) and a Chloride -1 ion (Cl-1) to make an overall neutral ionic compound.

Sodium metal (Na) and Chlorine (Cl) are both elements on the periodic table. Perhaps you should be asking about them.
