I am having a hard time getting a bank loan. I am not physically able to work right now and my husband is self employed with some blemished credit. I need a individual lender. Do you know anyone who might consider such a thing?

You need to speak to a professional mortgage broker. He/she can evaluate your credit and loan application to determine what type of loan you qualify for. They will need to know if you are purchasing or refinancing and a copy of your credit report, which they can pull for you to see all 3 of your credit scores. If you are purchasing, how much money are you planning on putting down. If you'd like you can email me and I can help you with the process. There is no cost or obligation.
