Might be an infection, especially if you have some vaginal discharge. Also if you recently shaved down there, it itches when the hair is growing back.

the vagina lip is that flap of skin that is near the vagina opening and that it is itchy. Talk to your doctor about some cream.

Bad hygeine or some sort of infection like a yeast infection. Do you have any funky discharge?

it means you need some anti itch cream. most likely allergies or an infection
