When you see that price, don't you just want to ask, "$9.99! Are you out of your mind?!" and arrest the owners of that ka razy store?

Why, they only put $9.99 because it looks a lot less then $10.00. And if you stand at the store for a while you will see the people byuing anything for 9.99 instead of 10.00. I think they are very smart to do that.

Things like that drive me insane. I guess they use it to sound better than their competitor, but come on....what's a penny? Why not knock it down to 9.50?! Or even go up to 10.00. It just makes more sense.

They are simply trying to convince you that you are getting a real bargain. You might be surprised at the people, who think they are getting a bargain!
