I downloaded Hijack This and took out everything that was not critical. Everything that must be on there you can move to the ignore list. This does double duty as a spyware, hijacker awareness program as well. I have been doing this with all of my friends computers.
BUY MORE RAM!!! This is the main thing that will give you the most speed. Find out what ram your machine can handle and buy more. I find that TigerDirect.com has really good prices and products.

first thing is that hell is not fast , its a bad place but u can make computer fast anywayyyysssssssss.....
u should apply some tweaks they are small techniques or u can say Tech in short which let u make ur pc as fast as rocket, plz have some its free just follow their instructions here is the link go there
