Have a buzz saw scooting along the ground cut both of his feet off so he can't run anymore and then have a big heavy thing fall on him and flatten him like a pancake.

Why don't you have him accidentally kill himself. Or the hero can switch around somethings to undo in wrong doing and he can be killed trying complete his evil plan. Maybe the villian can try to be getting away and can get killed that way. OOhhh ohh what about the hero reversing the villians plans to backfire and the villian dies that way. Thanks for the points.
