Yes I have heard of both of these things.
I live in Connecticut and our local IHOP (International House of Pancakes) always has pumpkin pancakes during the month of October. I had some just last week. They are very good.
In New York there is a theme restaurant called "Jekyll & Hyde's" and they serve pumpkin ravioli all year (because it's a horror themed restuarant). Pumpkin ravioli are delicious as well.
This past Sunday, I went to Baskin Robbins for ice cream and they had "pumpkin pie" ice cream. I tried it and believe it or not, but it actually did taste just like pumpkin pie.
Our local Dunkin Donuts' also has pumpkin donuts during October. I have never tried them though.
