He's probably wearing wooly pajamas with feets in them. My Grandpa Merle had that problem for years until we figured out the trick That's why they have the trap door in the back. Just open that up and let the old boy have some circulation and he'll be fine.

How do his legs feel to YOU? In other words, is it just his perception of heat, or is he really hot to your touch?
Many people I know seem to have red hot ears for no reason, and it's visible, but legs are probably different. Tried a cold compress? Even aspirin might help.
How long has this been happening? Is he super sensitive about other body sensations?
Hope by the time you get answers he'll be back to normal!
Ask a doc if it persists, ofcourse. For now, lots of TLC

could be a circulation problem. Is he on his feet alot? If they feel hot to your touch or some swelling present could be arthritis if he is having any pain with it. Try putting his feet up and see if that eases the burning sensation but to be on the safe side if it doesn't help take him to the doc. blood clots can cause burning but are usually accompanied by sweeling and pain Good Luck

Are his legs hot to the touch or is he having a burning sensation?
Hot to the touch could indicate a blood clot in his leg(s). If both legs are involved there would have to be a clot in each leg which is unlikely.Ask a doctor!

When I started getting the flu, many parts of my body, such as my legs, began feeling hot. Maybe that could be the issue.
