"Je suis allé(e) à mon premier cours. En éducation physique, je fais du footing."

more elegant:
"Je suis allée à mon premier cours d´éducation physique où j ai fait du footing"
= I ve been to my first physical education class/gym class where I did some jogging/ went running"

When you re talking about a class or lesson, "classe" isn t really used in french- whenever you re talking about a class where you learn to do sth, "cours" is the corect term to use.

Further more, the correct term for "jogging" is "footing" in French... I know, it sounds strange (to an English speaker) but that s what s used.

The word "jogging" in French refers to the clothes you wear when you go running, it s a false friend!!!!

Hi,
First sentence: "Je suis allé (allée when the speaker is a girl) à mon premier cours".
"Cours" seems the most logical translation (if you mean a class in school/university).
As for your proposition, "classe" is feminine, so it woud be "à ma première classe". Anyway, using "classe" is a bit clumsy in this context.

Je fais de la jogging à mon gym classe:
je fais du jogging pendant mon cours de gym/gymnastique/d'éducation physique.

Jogging is masculine in French, so you must use "du". The word order "gym classe" is not correct; you should write "classe de gym" . Again, I tend to use "cours" instead of "classe" (more appropriate).

Pretty good job, anyway, as your sentences are understandable. :)

No, it's not correct. Since it's past tense, you have to say
je suis alleé
or
je suis allée

..depending on your gender.. so if you're male, it's the first one, if you're female, it's the second one.

And yes, "classe" is female so it would be "à ma".. although I'm not sure "à" works here.
