For example, if someone was to move from there hometown where they grew up and where all their memories were to a a more luxorious place, disregarding their hometown, what would be a negative connotation to describe them?

***. Asshole. Prick. Satan. Or just someone who knows that time goes by and memories are there for the benefit of remembering, not for the loss of making you feel sad you're leaving the place where the memories happened.
