Right under the "Answer This Question" button is a row of icons. The + icon at the end is the one you want. You can put the question on your "watch list" so you can find it again.

THe plus sign to the right under the question allows you to place the q on your watchlist and you can check into it from your home

If it's a question you post, then Yahoo! will send you an e-mail. If it's a question posted by another user then you can add it to your 'watch list' It pops up when you put your mouse over the plus sign.

you first click on My Q&A in the top right hand corner and then either click at the bottom questions or answers.
