I will put pills in applesauce or yogurt or something soft and easy to swallow and take the pills that way so I don't taste them.

Most vitamins are pretty small except for the B's and D's, I got some liquid vitamin D and it has a nice flavour, with the B's drink orange juice with them, the others vitamin E, OMEGA 3, come in capsules.

Choose a brand like Solgar, which is a capsule, and is not too big. You take only one a day. I take VM75. Make sure you are eating a meal before taking your vitamins. This should help to avoid the "aftertaste".

Try splitting them first and then swallowing them. A good pill splitter doesn't cost very much, and unless the pill is a gel, you should be able to cut it.

I usually put the vitamins under my tounge (where there are no taste buds), then take a small mouthfull of juice, then swallow everything at once... hard to explain but try it!

Cut or break it in two or more pieces. You can also buy a pill splitter at Longs or Walgreens.
