It seems it has died off severly, is there any hope of helping it make a comeback?

Yes dear it seems that people need to take a chill pill and lighten up a bit. The reason I do this is to hopefully make a few friends and as entertainment. I guess some just take everything too personally or get insulted too easy. I like you want to have a little fun and find some humor on here.

The Darwin Awards may lighten your spirit. The scientists are working on that right now. If they don't find a cure for cynicism in the world they'll be forced to release Vaudeville upon us again.

In this world, I think you are right. All I can suggest is to keep fighting the good fight - live, laugh, love. That's how I try to view every day, one day at a time.

Good luck. Some nights people are just raring to be serious. I think this category should always be funny. If it's not funny, it's pretty lame.
