I think it is awesome!!!! After reading the article, all I can say is Dunga is doing everything possible to make the Brasilians work as a cohesive unit. I can see how motivated Dunga is already. I am pretty sure the players will be even more motivated by Dunga.

Very smart move. Brazil do not at all lack talented, skillful players. But for a team to work, it need more then individual skills, playing as a team is equally important.

Dunga obviously recognized this fact and are now trying hard to improve that (especially after the shocking exit at WC06 quarterfinal).

Team unity is a must in this sport and that's the one thing brasil lacks sometimes cause they have so many talented players, so i congratulate Dunga for noticing this problem and trying to fix this solution to make the team even stronger..... here are some recent pics to check out from the national team

Great move on his part. The talent in the team is without question and it was simply that lack of cohesive playing and I think an ill perfected preparation that bought them down. Mental bonding is an important part of the psyche and anything is worth an attempt if it assists in the overall improvement of a teams performance.

Hey I think it will work. Nothing brings a team closer together like bonding. It works for cheerleaders when they travel to events. Thanks for the points.
