ok I slept with a man on April 9, and i started my period the next day, and I slept with another guy on the 17th and and i got pregnant and not my due date is January 13, and they go by the first day of my last period so i need help...whos the dad? right now i am 26 weeks and 2 days...

This is a tuff question,
Looking at a due date calculate and it says that if your due on the 13th January your LMP was the 8th April. If you had a regular period after sleeping with the first man,
I have used a calculate on line that you can use as well but ill give you the results I have.
LMP - 10th April 2006
Average length of cycle - 28 days
Estimated Conception - April 24th 2006
Estimated Due Date - January 15th 2007
Estimated Fetal age - 26 weeks and 1 day.
I have got all this information from just using the 10th of April as your LMP so its not the information that I know personally but as its your body and you will know more you could use it again and find out for yourself. Hope it has helped and I hope you can figure it out before having to get a DNA test after baby is born to be sure.

Well if you got your period after the first guy then you didn't get pregnant by him. You slept with guy #2 around your ovulation time so I would assume it was him.

I would get a paternity test done no matter what since you are sexually active with more than 1 man.

The first guy...u got pregnant april the 9th so your due jan 13 you can be pregnant even if you have a period speciallly if your due and your 40 weeks is up the 13 thats excatly 40 weeks after the 9th

well i would say the second guy since you had your period since you slept with the first guy. a paternity test is the only way to tell for sure unfourtunately, but i would say it's the 2nd dude.
and people should not judge you, a lot can happen in your life in that amount of time. people act like they have never made a mistake before....

The only way you can solve your problem is the to get paternity test. My best advice is to do your research look all over the internet write down a list of questions and go to your Dr. Good luck!! and Congrats!!!!!

You will need a DNA test to determine for certain who the father of the child is..
Contact both potential fathers and ask them to supply DNA for testing, go through the courts if necessary... Your child deserves to know for certain who it's biological father is even if you don't have a clue....
Next time use condoms they not only save you from not knowing who the father of your child is they could save your life from a STD...
What a novel approach using protection to avoid disease and pregnancy someone should have thought of this 25-30 years ago.... Wait they did ! ! ! !

Thats pretty close, I would say guy #2, but its close. How long are your cycles usually? I would do the DNA thing to be sure, cause thats really close, although, if its a girl, I would be more sure its guy 2

I think you should be more worried about figuring out what the hell is the matter with you if you just go sleeping around with people like that.
