It all depends on your area, the companies in your area, and pricing that is DEPENDENT TO YOUR AREA. You could save yourself some frustration and simply pick up a phonebook. First of all, phone prices vary. If you get Vonage, it's $25 a month for unlimited long distance, but you have to have broadband internet to use it. Your standard phone companies in your area will have varying prices. As far as internet goes, prices vary wildly. You can get dial-up for as little as $9.95 a month through NetZero (dial-up sucks really bad, though). Some phone companies offer DSL for as little as $15-20 a month, and cable can range from $30-50 a month on average. Call your local utility companies for prices, as it is completely and utterly pointless to ask that question on here. Nobody on here will be able to tell you an exact price unless they know where you live...and you don't want that.

It all depends on where you are going to live. The best package for television, cable internet and telephone all bundled together would most likely be Roadrunner Cable, Time Warner Cable or Cox Cable Companies in the Western half of the US. You can get the standard combo here with COX Cable for 129.00 per month. The internet is really fast too.

This depends on where you live! You need to look around and ask your apartment manager what utility providers they have authorized to install or hookup your phone/internet in your complex.
