Well you have a problem with the first sentence, there is no subject.

The second sentence should look like this:

He had two sisters, Donna and Sue, both of whom were older than him.

It is whom because it is the object of the preposition, and whom is an object pronoun. Plus we are talking about people, so it would whom and not which.

Why would you call them lower-middle class citizens? Are you basing that on financial reasons. I don't think that just because someone makes less money they should be considered low class citizens.
