Let's assume that s is 42, v is 6, and t is 7.
42=6 times 7...correct!
6=42 times 7
No way! 42 times 7 actually equals 294.

Lets say......
s equals 1 v equals 2 t equals 3

v times t s times t
2 times 3 is 6 1 times 3 is 3

so.............
s=vt v=st
1 = 6 2 = 3

I'm not sure if you can make sense of this but it was worth a try!

No, V=S/T. Use real numbers and see what works.

S=10
V=2
T= 5

10=5*2

Does 2= 10*5? No

2= 10/5

no, because say for example that
s=35
v=5
t=7
so s=vt would be 35=5x7
and 5does not equal 35x7
