Now, this is a trick question. There should not be a large crator, but is you put a piece of paper on top of the nuke, there is a HUGE crator. Does math bare this out?

Um mm, you a little confused.

One Nuke (Megatons) detonated at the surface "will" create a Crater.

I piece of paper would Vaporize in less than a nano second and would have no barring on this question.

But, if the device mentioned was buried under the surface of the earth then a bigger Crater would be exposed.
