I watch those wedding shows and it seems like all the women have been planning their wedding since they were little.
I never gave it a thought, I was just wondering if everyone is wedding crazy since childhood.

No, I wasn't wedding crazy. Every now and then in the check out line at the market, I might thumb through a bride magazine because the gown on the front was beautiful but that was the extent of it. Even when it came to getting married, I wasn't crazy over all of the plans. I did what was necessary and enjoyed the day very much. No obsessing.

My sister-in-law carried around a picture of an engagement ring ever since she was about 20. She met my brother when she was about 25. I was like "for over 5 years you carried this picture with you?" OKkkkk...

I got married at 29 and I had never given much thought to my wedding until I started planning it. Even then I didn't go crazy. I watch Bridezillas once in a while and I don't understand how people can get so crazy.

I'm 30. Have been married for 6 years. I never planned anything, almost up to the day. My mother in law saw that I couldn't give a rat's *** about the wedding (just as long as friends, family and my future hubby were there) so she planned the whole thing. If it were up to me I would have gotten married in Hawaii and just send out invitations.

No not me, never thought about getting married until I was 21, then that was a mistake...got a divorce......stayed single for 6 yers and got married again. I never thought or planned on my wedding when I was small, it wasn't something that I had to do.

I never gave weddings a second thought either. And when I got a hope chest from my parents as a high school graduation gift, I had to ask, "What the hell am I supposed to use THIS for??" so I used it to store junk in...

I'm "50 something" and didn't even think of it when I was having it! (We got married, spur of the moment, at some friends house 2nd time) The first time I did minimal planning, mostly consisting of saying, whatever you want mom!
