try sprinkling cyan pepper around the perimeter of your lawn and around where they poop and pee. When they start sniffing around, they'll get the hint.
ps. it won't hurt them, just give them an unpleasant experience that they will remember.

I am sorry that cats use your lawn for their toilet but that is the way it is.
I think you are going to have to accept this fact and find something else
to worry about. Try reading a good book to get your mind off it. You could
always to some volunteer work in the community. There is nothing better
for your sense of well being than helping others. Leave the cats alone and
find something else to do with your time.

Put some kind of food or some kind of smelling chemicals that wont hurt the cats but it will keep them away, for some time.
Try it out and if my advice is good I hope to be a help.

Most cats have a favorite spot. Get Red Pepper flakes. Springily them around that spot. For that matter, buy enough to do your whole lawn. They smell it and stay away from it.

Those must be my cats. I've had 2 cats for many years and I've never found their "droppings" anywhere. I thought they must be behind the shrubs or something.

punji sticks....JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!
I do not believe the SPCA will be able to help you.
Actually, I think cat poop keeps rabbits etc. away.
My cats catch mice, moles, squirrels (2 today) and so forth, so you should actually be glad they are in your yard. After all, they do not get into you attick or into the walls and eat the electrical cords.

Cats hate water. You don't have to hurt them. If you spray them, they will get the message.
