itsa simple problem could be two things

1/ uve grabed the task bar (that is the bar atthe bottom of ur screen that has the start button on) and pulled it down out of wier

in that case u just pull it back up look close a the bottom edge of ur screen all along fromm left to right ull see a thin line grab it with mouse and pull it up

2/ uve accidently terminated the explorer.exe in task manager in that case u can simply re start ur computer it would come back...to re start it without a start button u can press the power key on ur key board if u hhave it or u press ctrl + esc it will open the start menu and u can choose shut down and re start ..good luck i doubt u coud do any thing more than that to it

best of luck

Try draging your mouse below the bottom of your screen slowly. It may be hiding. When you see the mouse change to an up/down arrow drag it up and release.

take your mouse to the bottom of your screeen and notice the up & down arrow that appears when you drag your mouse to the very bottom of the screen. Left click (and hold) and drag upward...everything should be there.
