No it is like eating a flavorless sliver of wood. obviously the good stuff is inside that shell. Just discard it.
It would kind of like eating a chicken wingbone instead of the buffalo wing flesh because the bone sure isn't what people choose wings for.

No. But when I eat an orange, I just slice it up and eat it all. Peel included. Seed shells are probably too cruchy......

I usually try it on the first few, but when the sharp edges begin to line my esophagus, I imagine dried grasshopper exoskeletons sticking out of my throat, and I usually don't anymore. Besides, it's more fun to spit them out than to try to swallow them!
