You may have damaged the brachial plexus, a neurovascular bundle in the axilla (underarm). You also may have ruptured a disc. If this is the case, the disc will bulge into the nerve root causing a burning sensation in the extremities. In more severe cases, you will lose strength as well. It is very important to get this looked at soon. Failure to do this may result in permanent damage to the nerve root, thus resulting in a burning sensation and loss of dexterity and strength permanently.
Go see a neurologist or neurosurgeon as soon as possible. They will be able to determine the best treatment options.

The clavical (collar bone) unfortunately, is actually very easy to fracture or break. Although this may just be tissue damage, it sounds like you have some bone involvement. If it's swollen and red and will not go down, or if it still continues to hurt you, go to the doctor and get an xray.

Why are you asking strangers from all around the world when you should be seeking medical help? After you see the doctor, go see a lawyer to see just how badly you are hurt.

You should see a physician. If it hurts that bad, you should get a professional opinion.
