What is the Benefits of it?

It protects your freedom of religion. It protecst your right to protest. It protects your guns (if you own any). It protects you from having the Army come and stay in your house without your permission. It protects you from the police coming into your house and taking your stuff whenever they want. It protects you from having to incriminate yourself. It protects you from trials of indefinate duration in far away places. It protects you from arbitrary justice by granting you the right to trial by jury. It protects you from being beaten and tortured. It protects your privacy and many other rights.

They sound good don't they?
