either one of these, or a combination can cause it:
1) cheap gas (try running a tank or two of the next higher grade)
2) sticky fuel injectors (brought on by cheap gas a lot of times) (purchase a bottle of fuel injector cleaner and add to your next tank of gas)
hope this helps!

If you have recently switched to a lower grade of gasoline it will make your car do that. Just start using the same grade that you always used to use and the rattling should stop.

Your car needs a tune up...but try using a high octane gas for a tank full and see if that makes a difference....another thought is to change the fuel filter...it's a very reasonable price..

you have a spark knock; sometimes called 'pinging'. you can live with it if it is minor. several things can cause this, i would look for an egr valve that is faulty, or plugged egr passages. short term fix is to run premium fuel, and easy on the throttle.... but; you really have to get this fixed. you can damage internal engine parts and that will be costly.
