Sorry, babelfish may work fine with translation between two Indo-European languages but never with Sino-tibetan languages like Chinese. Never so if the phrase is taken entirely out of context, like this one.

The following are two possible translations.

"Good job" may be translated into Chinese as "幹得 好!" or "幹得不錯!" if it is intended as a praise to someone who did a good job.

"Good job" may be translated into Chinese as "優差" if it is intended as a reference to a job / career which pays well with great prospect.
