You just need to ask yourself what number 4, 5, and 7 all go into. You can find that by just multiplying 4 * 5 * 7, which is 140.

I think you mean the lowest common multiple (LCM), which is 140

Write the multiples of each number, then find the first number they all have in common. That will be the LCM.

4 = 4 8 12 16 20 24 28 32 36 40 44 48 52 56 60 64 68 72 76 80 84 88 92 96 100 104 108 112 116 120 124 128 132 136 "140"

5 = 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60 65 70 75 80 85 90 95 100 105 110 115 120 125 130 135 "140"

I've never heard of a lowest common denominator, so that's why i think you meant lowest common multiple

1, the number 1 is the only number that can be divided into 4, 5, and 7 with no remainder

isn't one there is one between 4 and 5, 4 and 7, 7 and 5 but not all three

The LOWEST is one. 1/4, 1/5,1/7 nothing else works
