the majority of the white people in this country have descendants that were of non white ancestary when there is so much hate because of ones skin color? i 'm native american and mexican and i'm pale and have green eyes and dark blonde hair and there are some people that are racist and have darker features than i do, i find that funny!

Prejudice isn't a rational ideal. People form opinions and views for many reasons....not all of them based on intelligent thoughts. Most times it is because of fear of the unknown.
It's unfortunate.....but a fact of life

Yes, I too think that is weird. One of the finest, nicest gentlemen it has ever been my pleasure to have known was black. On the other hand, I have known an awful lot of pale-skinned scalawags and scoundrels. I would by far rather have someone like that black man for a neighbor than any of them. No, I am not trying to be a reverse racist and kick all whites. Just showing a contrast. I have known good whites. I try to be one. I have some Indian (or Native American) blood. I doubt there are any pure-bloods of any race anywhere actually. It would be wonderful to see a world someday where no one hates anyone, and that is one of the doctrines of the JW's that I really like.
My wife has often told the story of how when she was a teenager, she invited her girlfriend and her brother to her Baptist church. They were black. She was embarassed and hurt by the way her brethren in Christ received her friends. They were cold and snooty and rude. Hardly the way she expected them to act, based on what she had always been taught.

You can't seriously think that racism has anything to do with skin color?? There are many ethnic groups that are far more racist than 'whites'.

Yeah. Race is pretty arbitrary. So is racism. It's not founded in anything but ignorance. We probably shouldn't laugh, but pity them.

sure, everyone nowadays makes fun of people from another race but you just ignore it because no matter what others might think, you're always beautiful.
