your right on the issue but its probably not butter just a substitute, better switch to a non hydrogenated butter like the kind from trader Joe's, its better for you and they have the better foods there as well

They can't believe it's not butter because it's so smooth and creamy, and tastes exactly like butter,.. but it's not! And they can't believe it! :)
