No dance organization or periodical issues a ranking of college dance programs. The only ranking I've seen is in Carole J. Everett's book, "ARCO, The Performing Arts Major's College Guide." However, despite issuing a new edition of the book, I think her rankings are dated and should definitely be taken with a huge sprinkling of salt.
Of the programs you're asking about, she places CalArts and New World in her top "Most Highly Recommended Programs" category. The next level, "Recommended Programs," includes Florida State Univ and Towson. Her lowest category, "Other Noteworthy Programs," includes UArts. I suspect that New School's program is not on the list simply because it is relatively new and, at the time of publication, it was going through a period of reorganization.
I'd be curious as to how you came up with this particular list as I'm not seeing a consistent set of factors for including them. A couple of these programs have strong jazz training, others don't. Last I heard, New School's program was strictly a B.A. program, with half as much time in the studio compared with those that offer a BFA. Determining how successful graduates have been in starting professional careers is certainly a worthwhile factor to consider, but it should not trump all other factors, such as styles offered and other qualities of the college. You're a guy, so right there, your chances of breaking into a pro career are much higher than average statistics.
My daughter attended UArts for one year and transfered to another program that's not on your list. She attended PPU's SI for 3 summers and is very familiar with their program. I don't know anything about Towson and CalArts, but I know the others all have things that are worth recommending them. It really should come down to which program is the best match for your needs and preferences.
The best thing you can do is to visit each program and talk to several of the dance majors at each place. If you can't meet students in person, look some up through MySpace and ask them to share their thoughts about their program and the others on your list. I have a list of 16 factors to consider if you wish to contact me.

RE:
How does Point Park University Dance Program rank against Towson, CalArts, UArts, FSU, New School, New World?
I would be interested in any literature that compares and/or ranks the college dance programs. Which programs have the highest rate of graduates entering professional careers?
