I just recently took my friends bass from his house ( with approval :P)
and the pick up stopped working,
the pick up has a large silver casing,
and theres only one of the pick ups
what kind of pick up should i get that is affordable?
but good at the same time?

ask your friend it's his instrument ....any bass pickup should suffice but I'm sure the owner will have his preference as they do
sound different whether quality or not!

Are you sure it's broken and has nothing to do with the amp?
