All "carnivores" (mammals) actually fall somewhere on a scale, based on omniverous tendencies. What does this mean in layman's terms? some carnivores are more "carnivore" than others. Polar bears are the closest to being a "true obligatory carnivore", as their diet consists almost exclusively of fish and meat. Large cats are more carnivorous than wolves (and most others except for polar bears) which are more carnivorous than foxes, which are more carnivorous than most bears... and so on. So, it is uncommon, but large cats will consume vegetable matter. They are less likely to do so than wolves. Pay attention to the answerer who has observed them eating grass. I have also heard, anecdotally, that there are some fruits they like.

G'day Wendilynne,
Thank you for your question.
The short answer is no.
Like all other cats, the Amur or Siberian Tiger is a carnivorous predator; an adept hunter, it preys primarily on red deer, wild boar, roe deer, sika deer, and goral, but will also take smaller prey like lagomorphs (hares, rabbits, and pikas) and fish, including salmon. It has sometimes even been known to kill and eat Asiatic black bears and even Asian brown bears, the latter being most vulnerable during periods of hibernation. Like all other species of big cats, it takes unprotected dogs as prey. Since it is estimated that 85 percent of an SiberianTiger's diet is composed of red deer and wild boar, protecting these and other prey animals from illegal hunting may be just as important to the tiger's survival as preventing direct killing of the big cats. Unlike the Bengal Tiger, the Siberian Tiger rarely eats humans.
Siberian tigers need a large territory with males trying to claim roughly 800–1,000 km2 (309–390 mile2). Female tigers do not claim as much with an average 100-400 km2 (39–154 mile2).
They need to eat 20 pounds a day and are capable of eating 100 pounds at a sitting as they can go days without eating.
I have attached sources for your reference.
Regards

nope!!The Siberian tiger loves to eat...porcupines! And monkeys, fowl, tortoises, and frogs when a good deer is hard to find. Only three out of a thousand tigers eat humans. So why have they been called man-eaters all these years?

They are obligate carnivores. It would be a rare occurrence and probably never for food.
