what are some NEW popular ROCK songs? songs that are recent that are actually good? i dont have mtv but if i did i bet there would be some stupid rap on there- so i cant use that as a source either way.

Those are really good stuff and the more you listen to the more youll like it. Rock tends to do that. Oh and BTW, Most of all NEW rock is lame crap. The best rock is from older days. None of this linkin park and AFI or whatever bullshiet. Also if you like guitar melodies, check out Tommy Emmanuel's album "only". LISTEN TO ME!

It depends on what type of rock. There are different types. I like David Gilmour's new one titled On an Island. It came out in March. It's not really hard rock.

Panic! At the Disco is really hot out there right now with there new song "I Write Sins Not Tragedies". Hm-mm..... The Fray with "Over My Head" is also a great song. My favorite has to be My Chemical Romance with "Welcome to the Black Parade". You've got to get that song!

tool tool and more tool. one of the only original, deep, real, amazing bands. Check out the new Mastodon...havent heard it but the past records are ****** awesome. And if u havent check out The Distillers...do so.
