Sorry peps r going 2 b upset w me on this 1! I do not mean 2 offend ANYONE!
I think it's a cultural thing!Not ALL peps think the same so quit it already.
Iam a white female.At 11yrs old I was 5' 2". My measurments were 38 27 38. I was VERY curvatious at a young age. There wasn't a day that went by that I didn't get teased.I had welts on my back til I was 16 yrs old from fellas snapping my bra. As an adult I stayed between 110- 130(except when I was pregnant). Lately I have been ill. I got down 2 80lbs.At 100 now.

OK HERE GOES: white peps c it as GREAT! I have 6 kids and 6 pack abs.EVERYONE of my friends of color tell me (what I already know)... That I need a sandwich!
The reason why I am so thin is cuz I'm sick not by choice. White peps c it as GREAT even when I tell them I am NOT HAPPY this way!!! I even tell them I throw up everytime I eat and it is HELL!!! They STILL tell me"Well if u have 2 b sick THAT is a sickness I wouldn't mind". THAT is CRAZY 2 me!!!ONLY WHITE peps say this!!!
Why would we(whites) rather go through torture 2 b boney? When my African American friends see this(being skinny) as a weakness?We need 2 take the lessons they have 2 teach us!!!Thin super"skinny" is weaker!Sure I am strong but I'm stronger at 115(4 my body)-125. As it is now it wouldn't b hard 4 a kid 2 me pick up. Remember the peps in the magazine's DO NOT look like that! It is art! I know did make up 4 a while. The make up is like "putty". In person they look like hell(after they r made up)!The pictures turn out great though.Trouble is folks don't c through a lens,fancy lighting,or touched up computer programs!!!
So sweety clean ur lenses!!! Learn a thing or 2 from someone that looks different then u!
As long as u eat good(notice I didn't say great) and take care of ur self, everything will b alright! u can't really judge ur self by others genes. MAYBE U R TRUELY BLESSED! and THEY r lacking!!! All in the eyes of the beholder! PLEASE LOVE U! Ur body will go through SO many changes over ur time on this earth and will continue 2 change til u r barried. Just as the trials of life go up & down so will ur appearance.LOVE U WHEN U R UP & DOWN!!! U r the only u -u got :)
I pray for u and all the women 2 learn this as young as possible. U r wasting ur valuable gift...YOUTH! and nothing can bring THAT back. Once it's gone it's gone!
If u r trying 2 loose anything...loose the messed up way u think about u!!!

Start eating healthy and exercising. Reduce your caloric intake to about 1200 (anything less would be dangerous and you'll slow your metabolism down because your body would go into starvation mode) and drink plenty of water. Have light snacks between meals to raise your metabolism too. Do some weight training to build muscle. Muscle needs more calories than fat and that way your metabolism will get faster. You'll start to lose weight.

Stop pitying yourself. Your weight is most definitely something you can control. You may never be a size 0 or even a size 5 but, you won't be a fat tub of lard pretending it's not your fault either.

Marilyn Monroe was a size 12 back in the day. Today she'd be about a size 6/7.

OK, let's get something strait! Chubby IS SEXY! Period. Believe me, my husband did not even look at a skinny girl and ..... Well that's too personal. One more thing. Remember Marilyn Monroe was a size 12! Compare her to Twiggy. (ask your mom who she is, or do a search on her). Most guys would show off a skinny girl to their buddies, but in the physical front they like a girl who wouldn't bruise the guy's hip (if you get my drift). Alas they are too wain and two faced (the majority) to admit this. So, if all your lab test were negative, and you feel OK, then hell with the rest of the Barbies in the school. You are beautiful as you are. Get some tips how to dress for your body type and have some exercise.

Look at yourself in the mirror and see how pretty you are. What makes you say your fat? because all the other girls look anorexic?? You are a unique and beutiful person, don't let other peoples looks or actions make you think otherwise. (besides I know plenty of men who hate skinny women, and wonder why society is making that the norm)

first of all u gotta get a better attitude. every one does not look the same. if u wanna get slimmer just try a little diet and exercise .just get healthy dont try to be skinny and 9 times out of 10 those skinngirls aren't even healthy they are probably just anorexic.

Stop thinking about size and start thinking about health. Are you active? Do you eat foods that full of vitamins and minerals, in good portion sizes? Then don't worry! If you're not looking after yourself, then start a new healthy regime. Overall health is far more important than dress size!

Skinny isn't pretty...and what are you calling fat? How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

Don't worry about others...just be healthy and happy with you...skinny is unhealthy and unnattractive...eat right and be active and you'll be fit and fine!

Don't become one of those retarded girls that don't eat or throw up their food.
Try to go on a diet and work out more,even going outside just for a walk will help.Try to have support from your parents and be motivated to feel great.

If you feel like that your overweight than I would definately just go on a diet. That is all you can do, just diet, eat right and exercise, you will get thinner.
