You shold take a look at the book "Writer's Market"-- they have an extensive listing of magazines, journals, and other types of publishers in just about every imaginable genre. Which means you can search for the one that is just right for your poems. If you don't want to spend the money on it, head down to your local public library and see if they have a copy. Every listed entry is reputable.

Another excellent resource for sniffing out scams is Preditors and Editors. They list agents, publishers, contests, and much more. I highly recommend researching there:

Keep in mind that everyone gets rejected. But if you are persistant, your poems will find a home!

Hello,
You seem to have a special talent, and therefore specialized knowledge.

Why not translate your knowledge into revenue? ie: you can find a market on-line for not only your Works, but for your know-how etc... too.

Have a look at the following to see what I mean:

Good Fortune to You. The world needs more poetry.

Poetry is something that should be shared, not sold. It is your heart speaking from your soul. What price sould you possibly put on either? If you have something to say which can open one's mind and redirect their life, there is no greater reward.

Many truly great artists have died contented paupers.
