A lady HR manager creats a lot of political trouble to my work. She is at the same or below my lelve of the corporate ladder, but has strong support from my boss. What should I do to win justice within the company?

Make it clear, quietly, that you're aware of the law on these matters, keep a diary, get backup from sympathetic others where you can (mutual support), and don't give up. Even CEO's get busted.

Know the type .
Play her game...quietly.
Save every document that might reflect on her activities & the effect on office morale.
If it gets really bad & you have support of co-workers present the material to her HR boss.
Best would be to catch her doing something that violates Canadian labor laws & file a complaint
Risky, but every once in a while the good guys win one.

we'll id climb the ladder, put an md in the ceo, get a forecast on the dow jones, and run it by the q@a mindstorm on the 3rd floor.
Then quit your job, stop talking like a xrox....and then "people", real people might listen....sorry, care.

Somehow expose her antics so your boss sees it for himself. Telling tales will reflect badly on you, so you will have to give her enough rope to hang herself with.
