My poetry is mostly inspirational and religous form.

You shold take a look at the book "Writer's Market"-- they have an extensive listing of magazines, journals, and other types of publishers in just about every imaginable genre. Which means you can search for the one that is just right for your poems. If you don't want to spend the money on it, head down to your local public library and see if they have a copy. Every listed entry is reputable.

Another excellent resource for sniffing out scams is Preditors and Editors. They list agents, publishers, contests, and much more. I highly recommend researching there:

Keep in mind that everyone gets rejected. But if you are persistant, your poems will find a home!

Poetry of any type is very difficult to sell.

You might want to try to put together a fairly large collection of it and go through a self-publishing site like Lulu or approach a smaller or university publisher.
