Soak the stain with hairspray. Let it set for a few minz, then launder as usual. It may take a few washings depending on how bad the stain is. This really works!

At the dollar general store, they sell a bottle of cleaner called Awesome. It costs a dollar and I haven't found a thing that it won't remove. There are instructions on the bottle for all kinds of stains. I had ink on a purse and this removed it without taking the finish off of my purse. Best of luck to you! I have also seen this at Deals.

Go to the grocery store and buy a jar of OxyClean. They come in various size containers and it works like a miracle!
When my youngest son was 3 years old, he fell asleep in the car with a red permanent marker open in his lap. When we got home and I saw the stain I thought the pants were ruined. I went to buy some OxyClean, just in case I could save the pants, and every single spot came out!!! The pants looked brand new after the stain was out!

The joys of motherhood...
Two things that work for me are to:
(1) spray hairspray on the ink stain and blot the stain with a paper towel until it is removed.
(2) spot the stain with Palmolive orange antibacterial dish detergent. Let it soak in and launder your blouse on the gentle cycle. This has actually worked for grape juice on one of my white silk blouses, as well as for several other garments stains. For delicate garments, I wash within 20 - 30 minutes. For more durable clothes, I wait until my next regular laundry day. This has also removed grass and blood stains in my son's football clothes.

You're going to have to burn the shirt. Sorry.
Truthfully, ask a dry cleaner. They will probably mumble something out in Korean meaning, "No effing way."
