I was born May 12, 1961. Oops!
Due to a legal matter (reasons I can't explain), I need to know EXACTLY what day in October I'll be 45 years and 160 days old.
I cannot account for leap year. How many were there? Can you please help?

I think it's not that complicated. On May 12th this year, you were precisely 45 years old, regardless of the leap years. For the remaining 160 days left, you only have to count them. That day would be October 19th.

October 19th. Leap years occur every four years so the actual number of days could vary depending on which year you were born. However as it is accepted that a year is 365 1/4 days but our system of measurement is based on whole days only you have to accept that the 45 years are just that whenever they occur.

I confirm the previous answer, so give him the 10 points. Leap years do not change the matter, and October 19th 2006 is the correct date.
