The is a product called Fruit Eliminator. When you spray it on the tree it fakes the flower into thinking it's been pollinated when it hasn't and the fruit does not develop. We used to sell it at our L&G but our buyer stopped getting it for some reason. Call around to different L&G Centers (or agricultural places like Farm & Fleet).

Short of a sex change operation or a saw.....? Mulberries come male and female. The "fruitless" are just males, they throw their pollen around, but no fruit. If you are getting fruit, you have a female.
The hormone spray mentioned above is expensive and hard to reach the entire tree. You'd need a professional spray rig company to come in........and then I'm still not sure the chemcial is rated for mulberries.

It sounds like you have a female tree and it will always bear fruit. The non-fruiting Mulberrys you see for sale are the males! The hormone that collegekid speaks of is no longer available (at least to the general public) as it was discovered to have nasty effects on humans, pets etc!

Sure, just keep trimming off the flower buds so they don't get a chance to fruit.

Sure. You prune off all of the flowers as they bloom. No flower, no fruit.
