That you should see your Doctor to see if you need meds for high blood pressure. It is not extremely high but high enough you should express concern.

that's hypertension. you have to take an emergency medicine to lower the B.P before it causes a stroke, because 184 is way too high, the border is only 130 and above that is already dangerous. here's an emergency treatment site:

after that, the person has to take maintenance drugs as prescribed by a doctor

It means you have high blood pressure. Go see a doc and he will give you some meds to help you get it back under control.

That top number is pretty high and thats the most important number,see a doctor. Healthy would be around 110/80

the first number is the heart when pumping, the second is the heart at rest
and these numbers meat go see your doctor, they are both out of line
